The Real Santa |
This November I was thrilled to welcome many celebrities and their families to the red carpet for the launch of the production of The Snowman at London's Peacock Theatre, including Terry Gilliam, Ronnie Wood and Professor Green. As well as Adam Clayton (U2), Vanessa Feltz, Cressida Bonas and Tamara Beckwith!

I am delighted to announce I have filmed another episode of the wonderful CBBC series 'Andy and the Band', this time playing an anxious Father Christmas who needs help from the gang when all
the elves go sick on Christmas Eve! I also recorded an audio episode for the Oddsocks podcast series for BBCiplayer!

Bookings for the Christmas season 2019 and 2020 included Maggie and Rose Children's day clubs in Chiswick, Islington and Kensington, a private event for Cave and Sons Investments in Northampton, The Villa Nursery school in Peckham (where a teacher had told the children that Santa didn't exist and a visit from me put them right!), the pop up cinema event in Beaconsfield for the third year, Fidelis Insurance at the Leadenhall Building in the City of London, Nido Students Accommodation Service and a host of private events too!

In the Autumn of 2019 I had the most fun filming an episode of a new CBBC series called 'Andy and the Band' which features children's favourite Andy Day and his band called Andy and the Odd Socks. Every week the band will come to the aid of someone in need and hopefully solve their problems! I play a nasty neighbour, Mr Finch, who won't let the kid next door have his ball back!
In October 2018 I filmed a small, but pivotal role in a new Christmas comedy drama for the BBC called 'Click and Collect' and starring Stephen Merchant. I play a mysterious homeless man, who may be more than he appears!
Here I have just been filming a TV commercial for the Health Lottery, playing a Town Crier,
for transmission on Channel 5.
During the Christmas 2017/2018 season I have appeared at the following events:
The Maggie and Rose Creche's Christmas events at Chiswick and Kensington, the American Express Centurion Lounge in Central London, the Honeypot Children's Charity Christmas party, and the end of year event for Litkraft Lawyers, plus the staff party for RG UK Hygiene in Windsor. Also the annual party for The Crown Estates, A Pop-Up event in a Beaconsfield church, and at the Christmas party for the survivors and those affected by the Grenfell Tower tragedy. Not forgetting making magical appearances at two beautiful weddings.

The 'Christmas For Grenfell' party was an amazing and very humbling thing to be part of. Over the four hours I was sat in my grotto, I met so many kind and courageous people, whose lives have been affected by the appalling tragedy, and gave out hundred of gifts to children of all ages. Some were part of the wider community, some were those who escaped from the tower, with nothing but their lives.
It was a pleasure and a privilege to spread a little joy.

In May 2017 I filmed the part of Chief Inspector Shelley Symes, a real -life Scotland Yard detective, in a series for Netflix USA and the Yesterday UK channel called 'MURDER MAPS' in a reconstruction of the Acid Bath Murders in the late 1940's.
In Autumn 2016 I took part in a theatre tour of a play called 'Home at Seven', a thriller by RC Sherriff, author of the acclaimed 'Journey's End'. Set in 1950, it is the story of an ordinary man who finds twenty-four hours of his life has vanished and he cannot remember where he was when a robbery and murder took place. It starred Brian Capron (Coronation Street, Where The Heart Is, Grange Hill) and Jenny Funnell (As Time Goes By), and ran at various theatres around the country.
In November 2016 I travelled to Rome and Milan where I played Santa Claus, or Babbo Natale, for a series of commercials and advertising campaigns for TIM Mobile Italia. It was a lot of fun and produced some amazing looking ads!
